However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). - Reason for the return
You will receive an email with further instructions on how to return the merchandise. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return the merchandise must be in saleable condition and with tickets attached.

We reserve ourselves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our returns policy and terms. In the case your return is accepted we will issue a full refund less any original shipping costs if applicable.
EXCHANGES |
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please contact our customer service if you wish to return your item for a full refund ( less any original shipping costs if applicable ).
REFUNDS |
If a refund is due for your return, it will be credited back to your credit card or Paypal account less any original shipping costs if applicable. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
If you do not receive your refund within 10-15 business days after the refund is processed please contact your bank. If you still do not receive your refund please contact our customer service at info@anaromerocollection.com
ORDER CANCELATION |
If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer as soon as possible. You can only cancel your order up until the moment it is shipped. Please note there may be a delay between the moment your order is shipped and the moment you are notified of the order's shipment.
In the case your order is canceled we will issue a full refund.
We offer FREE SHIPPING to Portugal and Spain. To the rest of the world on orders of 150€ or more.
For specific information on the shipping methods available for your country, transit times and shipping rates please continue to checkout and fill in your delivery information. Our shipping costs are based on the weight of your order.
We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days and receive a full refund.

For all stocked items, orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days from placing an order. For prints please allow 10-15 working days for delivery as they are made to order.
