Returns & Exchanges
Terms and conditions of sale.
All our items are made with great care and we hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). To return your item(s) please email info@anaromerocollection.com and include the following information:
- Order number
- Style number or description of item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
You will receive an email with further instructions on how to return the merchandise. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return the merchandise must be in saleable condition and with tickets attached.
To be eligible for a return the merchandise must not be used or altered in any way.
We reserve ourselves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our returns policy and terms. In the case your return is accepted we will issue a full refund less any original shipping costs if applicable.
EXCHANGES |
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please contact our customer service if you wish to return your item for a full refund ( less any original shipping costs if applicable ).
REFUNDS |
If a refund is due for your return, it will be credited back to your credit card or Paypal account less any original shipping costs if applicable. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
If you do not receive your refund within 10-15 business days after the refund is processed please contact your bank. If you still do not receive your refund please contact our customer service at info@anaromerocollection.com
ORDER CANCELATION |
If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer as soon as possible. You can only cancel your order up until the moment it is shipped. Please note there may be a delay between the moment your order is shipped and the moment you are notified of the order's shipment.
In the case your order is canceled we will issue a full refund.
