We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days and receive a full refund.

For all stocked items, orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days from placing an order. For prints please allow 10-15 working days for delivery as they are made to order.

We try to offer you the best shipping rates available to us. As we grow, we will be able to negotiate with our logistics partners and offer you better rates in the future.

Some items are eligible for free shipping. If an item ships for free it will be stated so in the product page.

Our shipping fees include both shipping and handling. All orders ship from our logistics center in Lisbon, Portugal.

Transit times do not include order processing. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed by our logistics department.

If you are ordering within the European Union import duties will not be applicable. For customers outside the European Union import duty is not included in the prices you see online.
